Your guitar teacher
Trinity Grade 8 classical guitar. Acoustic, classical, electric, and bass, from about age 7 and for adults.
Lessons stay small so the fretting hand can be corrected. We prepare students for the ABRSM or Trinity syllabus. Exam registration and exam-centre entries are arranged separately and are not included in the class fee.
First songs on the fretboard
Open chords and a song in the first month, then fingerpicking or electric tone if that is the path.

Class questions
What age can a child start guitar?
From about 7, once a guitar sits comfortably and they can follow a 45-minute lesson. Adults are welcome.
Do I need my own guitar?
Yes for home practice. Try sizes in the lesson. The guitar is sold separately.
Can I sit graded exams?
Yes. Classes can follow ABRSM or Trinity pieces. Exam registration and exam-centre entries are arranged separately and are not included in the class fee.
What is the guitar class fee?
Fees start from ₹1,500 per month. One class per week, 45 minutes per class, Individual or small group. The guitar is sold separately.
Is there a Free Trial Class?
Your first visit is a Free Trial Class, in the Thumpoly showroom or on live video. The monthly fee starts after you book.
