Yes. Presto Forte delivers musical instruments across Kerala and to major cities throughout India, subject to product and postcode serviceability. Standard delivery is 5-7 business days and express delivery is 2-3 business days where available.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹5,000.00. Oversized instruments, remote locations and selected products may attract additional delivery charges. The applicable charge is shown before checkout.

How are guitars and keyboards packed for delivery?

Instruments are prepared for transport with protective packing appropriate to the product, with vulnerable areas secured and the outer package closed for dispatch. The exact materials and carton configuration depend on the model, size, manufacturer packaging, and courier requirements. Inspect the package on arrival and report visible transit damage promptly with photographs and order details.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. Contact Presto Forte within 7 days and obtain written approval before returning anything. Any approved item must be unused, unopened and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned incomplete or sent without approval may be refused. This does not remove support for a confirmed defect, transit damage or incorrect supply.

Opened accessories

Opened accessories are non-returnable unless they are defective, transit-damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Books and consumables

Books and consumable products, including strings and similar wear items, are non-returnable once opened unless defective, transit-damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Return shipping charges

Presto Forte will advise the return method for confirmed store errors, defects or transit damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping on any approved change-of-mind return unless agreed otherwise.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
