Its 37 slim, velocity-sensitive keys and included strap let you perform standing up, move with your band and step forward for a solo. The compact keyboard feels approachable, while favourite buttons keep your go-to sounds within easy reach.

200 sounds ready for the stage

Korg’s MMT modelling engine powers 200 programs covering soaring leads, basses, atmospheric pads and classic analogue-style sounds. An arpeggiator and 17 master-effect algorithms give you more ways to shape a performance.

Two ribbons for expressive playing

The short ribbon on the neck provides pitch-bend and modulation control. The long ribbon beside the keys supports pitch and filter sweeps, plus scale-based playing by touch. Use them to add movement to sustained notes and a personal touch to solos.

Portable performance setup

The RK-100S 2 weighs approximately 3.5 kg including batteries. Six AA alkaline batteries provide around eight hours of operation, so you can perform without an AC power cable. Connect the audio output to headphones, an amplifier or a sound system; battery operation does not make the audio connection wireless.

A 16-band vocoder adds another creative option with a compatible microphone. MIDI OUT and USB connectivity also let the keytar work with external instruments and computer-based setups.
